Indoor Pool Birthday Parties

All parties begin and end in the designated party room, either the Activity Room or Community Room. After meeting together in the party room, the group will begin with one hour of swimming. Have guests come dressed and ready to swim! Before re-entering the party room after swim time is over, guests must change into dry clothing. Parties will have one hour to celebrate in the room after swimming.

Party Package Includes:

• 1 hour of swimming
• 1 hour of room rental
• 2 large pizzas
• 2 two-liters of soda, punch, lemonade or bottled water
• Tablecloths
• Plates, napkins, forks, cups

Party Rules:

• Fees are based on 20 participants. Parties are limited to 20 participants due to the size of the room.
• The pool party fee includes up to 4 adults that must supervise participants. The adults that supervise are not counted in the total of 20 participants. If other adults over the 20-person limit wish to swim, a daily guest fee must be paid. $7/Youth and Seniors, $10/Adult.
• An adult-to-child ratio of 1:8 for children ages 9 and older, and a ratio of 1:4 for ages 8 and under, must be maintained at all times.
• All birthday party guests must stay together as a group and follow the posted rules in all areas.
• Parents are expected to control the behavior of birthday party guests at all times.
• Cakes and additional food, other than what's provided, may be brought into the center. Please take home any leftovers and clean up after yourselves.

Room Rules:

• Food and beverage must remain in the party room at all times.
• All guests must dry off before leaving the pool area. There are family changing rooms and locker rooms adjacent to the pool that may be used to change into dry clothing.
• Please clean up after yourselves. All trash must be disposed. Counters, tables, and chairs must be cleaned off
• Items left in the party room will not be supervised. The party organizer is responsible for any personal belongings from the group.

Pool Rules:

• Pool time is limited to one hour only. A lifeguard will go over all rules with the group prior to swimming.
• All participants should arrive in swimsuits, with towels.
• For non-swimmers/weak swimmers and children under 8, an adult must remain within arm's reach while in the water.
• Ages 4 and under must have a 1:1 adult-to-child swim ratio.
• Swim tests for children under 8 are available upon request.
• Participants must be 48" or taller to ride the slide.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing 7 days prior to the party date.
• All refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee.
• Refunds take 2-3 weeks to process.

Facility Rentals

Rent the Chesterfield Family Center for your next event, family gathering or meeting.

Chesterfield Family Center has 2 rooms available for rentals when they are not otherwise in use. Rentals include tables and chairs, as well as use of the room for your event. Rentals do not give guests access to any other area of the facility and need to include the time needed to set up and tear down your event during booking. If you would like to use any other part of the facility during your rental, guests will need to purchase day passes. Contact the center at 417-891-1616 with inquiries about specific dates and times.

Community Room

Our community room can be split into 2 separate rooms, one side with an attached kitchen and the other with a patio. The full community room can accommodate up to 75 individuals, while half-room rentals can accommodate 30 individuals. See below for pricing for both the full-room and half-room rental rates.

Activity Room

Our activity room overlooks the pool from above and includes a partial kitchen (microwave, fridge, and sink). The activity room can accommodate 30 individuals. See below for pricing for the activity room rental rates.
